What is included in my ticket?

Your ticket includes two days of exclusive learning from a line-up of leading global experts, and an epic gathering of like-minded people from all around the world. There will be a lot of time for connecting and networking during lunch and the breaks with some of the most interesting and inspirational people you’ll ever meet. Lunch and breaks are all included in the price of your ticket.

If the ticket you purchased includes the social parties, this includes entry and food and beverage.

Is my ticket tax deductable?

Conference fees and associated travel costs are most commonly tax deductable. Eligibility for tax deductions should be verified by your independent tax advisor.

Do I need to bring my ticket?

No, but you will need to have the digital ticket available on your smartphone. We need to scan the QR code on our devices to check you in to the event. The QR code is the black square included on your e-ticket.

Is there parking onsite?

Valet parking is available at the Hyatt Regency for UYL2020 attendees, at a fee of AUD $75.00 for 24 hours.

Is there allocated seating?

There is allocated seating for speakers and platinum ticket holders which is limited to 30. Seating is on a ‘first in best dressed’ basis. We will endeavour to arrange that you sit with friends/family or the people you booked with. To ensure this occurs, please arrive in the group you wish to sit with.

What's the dress code?

Let’s just say ‘smart casual’. If you like to look sharp, do it. If you prefer to wear jeans (or shorts) and a tee, do it.

Can I bring a partner?

If you have a partner, we encourage them to attend with you. You will need to purchase multiple tickets, as 1 ticket = 1 person.
